Movement that adapts with you
Pregnancy is not one season, it is many. Our prenatal programming flexes with your body across trimesters, with options offered every class so you are never doing something that does not feel right.
Built around what matters most
Posture, breath, hip mobility, and functional strength are the backbone of every class. We support the muscles that carry you through pregnancy, labor, and the early weeks of motherhood.
Clearance and communication
You are welcome from any trimester provided your OB or midwife has cleared you for exercise. Tell us about anything we should know on the inquiry form so we can tailor your experience.
Community alongside care
A small group of moms and moms to be in different stages of pregnancy, all moving together. The studio becomes a place that feels familiar even as so much else changes.
Frequently asked
What trimester can I join?
Any trimester, as long as your OB, midwife, or other primary provider has cleared you to exercise. If you have specific concerns or restrictions, send us an email before booking so we can plan ahead with you.
I've never done Pilates before. Is that ok?
Yes. Pregnancy is actually a wonderful time to start because the focus is on body awareness, breath, and supportive strength rather than maximum output. We will get you comfortable on the equipment and with the cueing in your first class or two.
How does pricing work for prenatal classes?
Prenatal classes use our standard class options. You can drop in or use any of our membership and class pack options at checkout. Reach out by email if you would like help picking the path that fits you best.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable, fitted athletic wear that allows movement. Grippy socks are required (we sell them at the studio if you need a pair). Bring a water bottle. We provide everything else.
What if I'm postpartum, not pregnant?
Our Postpartum Pilates: 6-Week Series is built specifically for that season of your life. Visit the postpartum page for full details.
