Weekly small group Pilates for the changing body. Posture, breath, hip mobility, and functional strength to prepare you for labor, delivery, and the demands of new motherhood.

  • Tuesdays at 4:00 PM
  • Sundays at 3:00 PM
  • Capped at 5 clients per class
  • Trimester appropriate modifications throughout

I'm pregnant. Where do I start?

If you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your OB, midwife, or other primary provider, yes. Our Postpartum Pilates page has full program details, all twelve dates, and the registration form.
