Step into teaching with hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and paid opportunities.
About Level II
The Apprenticeship is the second phase of the Contour Mentorship Program, designed for students who have completed all modules of their comprehensive Pilates certification and are ready to begin teaching in a supportive, real-world setting. This 6-month program combines hands-on teaching experience with structured mentorship, including eight weekly onboarding sessions, monthly development meetings, and opportunities to teach paid classes at Contour. Apprentices continue to refine their skills through observation, guided practice, and direct feedback, while gradually stepping into the role of a confident, capable instructor. It's an ideal bridge between certification and professional teaching.
