Frequently asked

When am I cleared to start the program?

You need to be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your OB, midwife, or other primary provider before joining. If you had a cesarean delivery or any complications, your provider may want you to wait longer. We always defer to your medical team on timing.

Why no babies in the studio?

This program is intentionally designed as time for you. Six weeks of focused movement, breath, and recovery is a gift you can give yourself. Babies are loved and welcome at Contour for many other things, but we keep this particular program adult only so every mom in the room can fully drop in.

What if I have diastasis recti or pelvic floor concerns?

This program is built for exactly that. Our programming addresses diastasis recti, pelvic floor recovery, and deep core re engagement as the foundation, not the afterthought. If you have a specific concern or have been working with a pelvic floor PT, send us an email so we can support your work with them.

What if I can't make every session?

The program is designed as a continuous 6 week arc, so consistency matters and gets the best results. That said, life happens. Reach out and we will find a way to support you, whether that's a make up plan or guidance to keep your progress on track between sessions.

Is the program offered again after July 26?

Yes. New 6 week cohorts begin after each one completes. Email us to be added to the list and we will let you know when the next cohort opens for registration.

Do you offer payment plans?

The program is paid in full at registration. If cost is a barrier, send us a note. We are happy to talk it through.

I'm still pregnant. What about prenatal classes?

Our weekly prenatal classes are open to clients in any trimester with provider clearance. Visit the prenatal page for full details.
