Our Studio Offerings
We offer group, private, and semi-private classes, all of which are designed to help you meet your personal health goals.
Group Classes
All group classes at Contour are small with a maximum of 5 clients to ensure that each client receives individualized attention and focus.

These classes are done on the Pilates reformer machine. The machine consists of a movable platform, called the carriage, that is attached to springs and pulleys which provide resistance to the Pilates exercises.
Reformer classes help improve strength, flexibility, posture, coordination and balance. These classes are open to all levels.
*If brand new to Pilates, it is HIGHLY recommended that clients complete a combination of 2 fundamentals classes and/or 2 private sessions before entering into our multi-level classes.
**Must have prior approval or significant Pilates experience to sign-up for advanced classes.

These classes are done on the Pilates mat and tower machine, which utilizes springs and bodyweight to provide resistance to the Pilates exercises. The Tower uses a flat mat that provides a stable surface to work from. Mat/Tower classes will build strength, flexibility, improve posture and muscular endurance.
*If brand new to Pilates, it is HIGHLY recommended that clients complete a combination of 2 fundamentals classes and/or 2 private sessions before entering into our multi-level classes.
**Must have prior approval or significant Pilates experience to sign-up for the advanced classes

If you have never done Pilates or are new to the machines, these classes are for you!
These classes are divided into Reformer A & B and Mat/Tower A & B and are designed to prepare you for our mixed level classes. We encourage new clients to take all 4 classes before entering into a mixed level class.
These classes will cover the fundamentals of Pilates and will include an introduction to the reformer and tower machines.
*If brand new to Pilates, it is HIGHLY recommended that clients complete all 4 fundamentals classes or take at least 3 private sessions before entering into our mixed-level classes.

This class will focus on strength and functional movements for daily life, as well as balance. Perfect for our clients who find our mixed level classes to be too challenging, those with chronic orthopedic injuries or issues, and our pregnant clients who are in their 2nd or 3rd trimester.
If brand new to Pilates, it is HIGHLY recommended that clients complete the 4 fundamentals classes or take at least 3 private sessions before entering into our mixed-level classes.

Work one-on-one with instructors completing our Level II mentorship program in a personalized session designed to support your individual goals. As part of their program completion, these instructors are required to demonstrate mastery through teaching, refining the skills developed across more than 450 hours of comprehensive training.
Each session offers focused attention, thoughtful programming, and a collaborative experience while instructors continue to elevate their expertise under close studio guidance. Enjoy a customized private Pilates session at our special mentorship rate of $50 while supporting the final stage of their professional development.
