Prenatal Classes
Weekly small group Pilates for the changing body. Posture, breath, hip mobility, and functional strength to prepare you for labor, delivery, and the demands of new motherhood.
- Tuesdays at 4:00 PM
- Sundays at 3:00 PM
- Capped at 5 clients per class
- Trimester appropriate modifications throughout
Postpartum Pilates
A focused 6-Week Series that prepares you to return to our regular group classes. Twice weekly small group sessions rebuild deep core strength, pelvic floor function, and full body resilience.
- 6 weeks, 12 sessions total
- Thursdays at 11:00 AM and Sundays at 2:00 PM
- Capped at 4 clients for personalized attention
- $449 early bird through May 31 ($499 standard)

I've been doing Pilates at Contour for years and recently my husband has joined me. They have helped me prepare and recover from three pregnancies with exercises focused on my pelvic floor and body position. I had a baby. Am I ready for the 6-Week Series?
If you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your OB, midwife, or other primary provider, yes. Our Postpartum Pilates page has full program details, all twelve dates, and the registration form.
