Level III | Junior Instructor

The Junior Instructor track is the final phase of the Contour Mentorship Program and is designed for newly certified instructors who are actively teaching at Contour. This is a paid teaching role that includes ongoing mentorship through monthly professional development meetings, continued education through quarterly workshops, and access to all the perks of being part of the Contour teaching team—including studio access and a 10% discount on classes and privates. Junior Instructors are supported as they transition into fully independent teaching, with opportunities to refine their voice, build confidence, and deepen their understanding of how to thrive in a studio environment.
