All group classes at Contour are small with a maximum of 5 clients to ensure that each client receives individualized attention and focus.

  • These classes are done on the Pilates reformer machine. The machine consists of a movable platform, called the carriage, that is attached to springs and pulleys which provide resistance to the Pilates exercises.

    Reformer classes help improve strength, flexibility, posture, coordination and balance. These classes are open to all levels.

    *If brand new to Pilates, it is HIGHLY recommended that clients complete a combination of 3 fundamentals classes and/or 3 private sessions before entering into our multi-level classes.

    **Must have prior approval or significant Pilates experience to sign-up for the Wednesday evening Advanced Reformer class.

  • These classes are done on the Pilates Tower machine, which utilizes springs to provide resistance to the Pilates exercises. The Tower has a flat mat that provides a stable surface to work from.

    Tower classes will build strength, flexibility, improve posture and muscular endurance. These classes are open to all levels.

    *If brand new to Pilates, it is HIGHLY recommended that clients complete a combination of 3 fundamentals classes and/or 3 private sessions before entering into our multi-level classes.

    **Must have prior approval or significant Pilates experience to sign-up for the Wednesday evening Advanced Tower class.

  • These classes focus on body weight exercises while utilizing small props such as balls, bands, magic circles, foam rollers, etc.

    Mat classes help improve strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. These classes are open to all levels.

    *If brand new to Pilates, it is HIGHLY recommended that clients complete a combination of 3 fundamentals classes and/or 3 private sessions before entering into our multi-level classes.

    **Must have prior approval or significant Pilates experience to sign-up for the Friday morning Advanced Mat class.

  • Join us for our prenatal class! This class will be done on the reformer, tower and mat. It is perfect for all trimesters and will support you throughout your pregnancy!

    *If brand new to Pilates, we HIGHLY recommend taking at least one private session to learn the Pilates fundamentals and to become familiar with the equipment before joining our prenatal class.

  • If you have never done Pilates or are new to the machines, this class is for you! This class will cover the fundamentals of Pilates and will include an introduction to the reformer and tower machines.
